We are a new studio focused on fantasy/adventure game and geek culture products specifically focused on ttrpg, board-game, and novel publishing. Our mission is to bring top tier quality products to a new generation audience. The company is currently focused on increasing the brand of our new IP Dark Veil. We focus on creating the best buying experience for TTRPG fans, excellent customer experience and top notch exclusive products. 


We are currently a very small team focused on cultivating a great new IP, we need new team members to help us grow to become a major player in the gaming space. We are looking for someone to help usher the brand into even greater success by helping to create new products, while also expanding reach and optimizing connections with our upcoming IP. As a marketing and public relations director, your responsibilities will grow from connecting us with necessary partners and establishing relationships to - providing high level operations and sales tactics to push growth while maintaining a positive cultural product to our audience. 


This position is salary based. We know this role is extremely important and want to find exactly the right person to fill it--which means you probably have reservations on jumping into a new business startup and we get that. The position is highly incentivized and performance based. We want to build a team trust in this role to become a future leader of the business in this division. Job Requirements

  • Be an avid TTRPG and geek-culture fan, player and consumer recommended but not required. You need to know your customer and need to be heavily involved in the TTRPG culture.

  • Work with Creative Director and senior team to develop long term product direction and brand strategies for the company.

  • Present solutions in times of PR crisis

  • Assist in planning and supervising appearances at events, conventions, trade shows, etc.

  • Manage media relations and requests as well as establishing new network opportunities to put our team members into guest spots and interviews on podcasts, television shows, YouTube, top tier live-play TTRPG promotions, blog posts, article writeups, etc.

  • Monitor/analyze market trends and in-store and online competitors to keep product relevant and competitive to develop new, compelling products and product direction.

  • Provide marketing information to vendors and promotional advertisers as required and work with internal teams for necessary assets to assist in these endeavors. 

  • Organized process and calendar management for upcoming engagements to keep our busy schedule on track and on pace.

  • Product and sales data management as required to propose and execute solutions.

  • Maintain web-based distribution channels and brand content on the website through brand consistency and quality while facilitating the flow and publication of information using internet tools and services to expand our eCommerce product and category content

  • Project manage initiatives with other parties for copywriting, videography, photography, etc.

  • An overall positive attitude and shared vision of our passion for bringing storytelling to a mass audience in the form of our products.



  • Board game/ Toys / TTRPG Product and brand knowledge.

  • Experience in developing and launching products.

  • Proven experience as public relations specialist or similar position

  • Experience in E-commerce

  • Experience in Digital advertising - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Etc.

  • Experience in Content marketing - SEO writing, content creation mapping, etc.

  • Extra weight for experience in Video production and live streaming - YouTube, etc.

  • Positive cultural attitude with a flexible team-oriented approach.

  • Motivation to to build and grow the brand into something great.

  • Proficiency in English


Job Type:

Full-time Pay: Negotiated based with increases matching business growth.

Work Location: Full Remote (could change in future post-covid-19 restrictions but would still be Remote with some in person functions for conventions and events.)
